• Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) from Government College of Physiotherapy, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu under The T.N. Dr M.G.R. Medical University, Tamil Nadu, India in 1997.
• Master of Science (MSc) in Psychology from the University of Madras, Tamil Nadu, India in May 2002.
• Postgraduate Diploma in Research Methodology (PGDRM) from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat, Gujarat in 2015.
• Advanced Certificate in Data Analysis using SPSS Software from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University in 2015.
• Diploma in Acupuncture from Integrated Acupuncture Training Institute, Nagpur, India in 2001.
• Diploma in Sports Physiotherapy and Diploma in Sports Management from Vidyasagar Technological Institute for Sports, West Bengal, India in 1998.
• Currently PhD Scholar at PP Savani University, Surat. (2021 Batch)

• Authored 5 books, including “Psychology for Physiotherapists,” “Sociology for Physiotherapists,” “Essentials of Research Methodology for Physiotherapy and Allied Health Students” and “Principles of Physiotherapy in General Medical and Surgical Conditions.”

• Recognised for contributions in the field of physiotherapy and chronic pain management.
• Member of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell and the Institutional Ethics and Scientific Committee at SCOP.
• Received the Distinguished Service Award from the Indian Association of Physiotherapists in March 2018.
• Invited as a resource person for webinars and conferences, served as a chairperson, and judged various academic competitions.
• Translated Cochrane summaries and Pedro’s home page into the Tamil language”.
• A well-respected peer reviewer for prestigious academic journals.
